Staying in shape and showing others how to do the same has become a passion of mine since starting in the Health and Fitness Industry way back in 1994. During my career, I’ve helped hundreds, perhaps thousands, of people accomplish their health and fitness goals, improve their quality of life, shed excess kilos, gain quality muscle and improve their athletic performance,

I have been featured in several magazines over the years for my athletic performance and expert advice on health and fitness such as OK Magazine, Good Health Magazine and regularly in our community newspaper, The Southern Courier.

Strength, determination and grit comes in all shapes and sizes and my goal is to encourage people to feel comfortable in their skin. I coach my clients on developing the mindset of achievement, on creating positive habits and moving away from an emotional dependence on food.

This passion for health and fitness started after I had my own transformation with the help of an awesome personal trainer, with whom I lost over 40kg. Having been on this journey has given me the ability to empathise deeply with those struggling to reach their physique goals. Alongside this, my academic and professional background in public health drives me to empower people in making better decisions about their health and wellbeing.

Ellie Paddon


Ellie began dancing aged 3 in her hometown of Portsmouth in the UK, studying most forms of dance including ballet, tap, modern, jazz and competitive disco and rock n roll. Having appeared in numerous stage and TV productions both in the UK and Europe, Ellie hung up her dancing shoes in 1999 to travel the world with her husband.

After settling in Sydney in 2006, Ellie soon discovered and fell in love with Pilates and Barre, gaining her Matwork Pilates and Barre certifications in 2012 and completing her Pilates diploma in early 2017. She enjoys sharing her passion and enthusiasm for these incredible workouts and endeavors to make each and every class challenging, safe and fun.

Lou is an advocate and pioneer of the Pilates Method and fitness for health and wellbeing.  She is a world-class, accomplished teacher, educator and trainer with over 25 years experience.

Renown for her expertise, well-honed teaching skills, enduring enthusiasm and deep understanding of the art and science of the Method, Lou draws on extensive experience and an expansive knowledge of exercise science and human movement to create innovative, inspiring and unique experiences.

Lou’s positive, upbeat and contemporary approach to teaching has motivated and empowered a dedicated following  of corporate clients, sports enthusiasts, injured athletes and everyday people to achieve and maintain optimal fitness for health and wellbeing.

A qualified exercise professional, Lou’s Pilates education includes study in the dynamic, rhythmic and athletic forms of Pilates (known to many as Classical Pilates), therapeutic and rehabilitative Pilates, and fitness Pilates, a contemporary approach to the Method that integrates functional training, movement and human mechanics. Lou will convince you that Pilates is for every body, including yours.




Steph has been involved in creative movement all her life: with a childhood spent vaulting and partner dancing, her interest in moving the body playfully has only increased over the years.

From initially being a way to balance her body and find stillness, yoga has completely transformed her approach to life and movement. Over the past 12 years, she has been blessed to experience and learn from a variety of fantastic teachers and styles.

Today, teaching movement and connection to our own bodies is Steph’s passion. 

She is a certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher & Coach, AcroYoga and AntiGravityYoga teacher. She teaches Pre- and Postnatal, as well as Kids’ and Teenager Yoga. 

As one of the most senior AcroYoga teachers in the region, Steph teaches series, retreats and 5-day AcroYoga immersions in Austral-Asia. 

Her yoga classes blend Vinyasa yoga with creative sequencing, inspired by holistic movement patterns. With 25 years of movement teaching experience and a passion for soft directive touch, she creates an experience that aims to speak to everyone. 

Off the mat, Steph works as a Business Coach and Bodyworker.
