Amie is an experienced personal trainer with a strong knowledge and understanding in the need for education and guidance. She believes in a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and being able to enjoy all the good things in life whilst attaining the body shape you desire.

Amie invests into her clients goals as if they are her own. Specialising in short and long term health and fitness success through SMART goal setting, Amie’s focus on healthy eating habits and exercise transforms her clients lives. Offering  emotional and nutrition support, 1on1 PT,  small group PT and group exercise classes Amie is here to take you to the next level.

Siobhan’s fitness coaching philosophy is centred around supporting her clients in, not only becoming, but feeling like a stronger and healthier version of themselves. She is focused on ensuring they are meeting their goals and can see the benefits training is having on their body, inside and out.

Her goal is to equip her clients with the motivation and skills needed to prioritise fitness and nutrition into their increasingly busy lives. This strategy will not only set them up to meet their goals in the most effective way possible but also ensure their long term success on their fitness journey.
