Elena is one of the Gym 115 receptionists. She loves all sports ranging from gymnastics, which she started when she was 6 years old, to team sports like basketball and soccer. Having moved to Sydney in 2021 from Singapore, she made the switch from sports to weight training in the gym. When it came to choosing a job, she knew that she wanted to work in gyms as she loves fitness and the amazing community that comes along with it. Now she has been working the gym industry for 2 years.
On top of her work at the gym she is also studying mechanical engineering at UNSW. Which she hopes to use in the future in a humanitarian context to hopefully be able to support disadvantaged communities throughout the world.

Siobhan is a Senior Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor at Outer Strength Fitness.
She believes that EVERYONE has the ability to improve their health and fitness no matter what barriers, whether physical, mental or emotional, they may need to overcome.
Siobhan’s knowledge base is extensive, specialising in Exercise Nutrition, Body Transformations and Pre- and Postnatal Coaching. Her background as a teacher also gives her a unique edge in identifying her client’s strengths and areas for improvement, inspiring her to educate them across all areas of nutrition and fitness to assist them achieve their goals.
Siobhan prides herself on her ability to equip her clients with the motivation and skills needed to prioritise fitness and nutrition into their increasingly busy lives.
